Be with the Tickle
Life is full of minor simulations. The tickle at the back of the throat that may lead to a cough, or perhaps a gentle word. That tickle behind the nose that may lead to a sneeze, or perhaps a greater clarity of thought. That tickle in the heart that may lead to an outburst of anger, or perhaps an in-burst of joy.
Many of our actions on the physical level are blind habitual responses to a minor stimulation. Without presence, a mere tickle gets interpreted as irritation, and the body acts to try and eradicate it.
How often do you tune into that tickle and listen to what it is really trying to say? It may be a hint of a deeper shift taking place in the energies of the body. An unwinding that wants to speak to you of a deeper inner truth.
